Most home values are negatively effected by lack of maintenance and curb appeal. The Country Walk Third Estates works to preserve those values though our covenants. We aim to protect these areas from inappropriate development, but we cannot achieve our goals alone. Our 228 members make us strong.

History

Country Walk Third Estates was created October 4th, 1999 during the construction of housing in the northern part of Mulvane. The intent was to adopt and establish covenants, conditions and restrictions upon the property and owners to address the use, occupancy and enjoyment of the property for the purpose of enhancing and protecting the value, desirability and attractiveness of the property.
